Palaraga – Le Demon

Deeply sad and melodic intro of the synth with a background of atmospheric pads introduces the beautiful work of A.S. Pushkin Daemon. A soft and gentle woman's voice tells us about the sad fate of a person facing adulthood. The light and smooth chords of the strings accompanies them narrative. The main part features an airy lounge rhythm and a pensive theme of piano and alto. The slowly subsiding ending with slipping minor notes in the piano melody marks a melancholic and bitter ending of the poem.
